Client Success Manager

Our ideal candidate will have great client management skills. He/She must be passionate about engaging our clients and internal team in order to build genuine, long-lasting relationships.

This qualified person will become proficient on InLoop offerings. The Client Success Manager (CSM) must have a proven track record of success, high energy and motivation, and the can-do attitude to make a difference in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Be the interface to the client
  • Be a “power user”. The ideal candidate will know the ins and outs of our platform in order to educate and train the clients to efficiently use the platform.
  • Answer and qualify inbound client requests and work with the production team to make sure it is handled in a timely manner
  • Maintain a continuous relationship with clients including face to face meetings
  • Own the account to keep happy customers and help with upselling and renewals.
  • Project manage all client requests
  • Provide 1st tier technical support to clients
  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients
  • Proactively work with Operations and R&D to further improve the product based on clients experience and feedback

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1 year in a Client Services or Client Success role
  • Professional personal skills over phone and face-to-face
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment with revenue related deadlines

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Previous hands-on experience working for startups, SaaS, Associations or Publishers
  • Previous experience in a content marketing or editorial related position
  • Tech-savvy
  • Fast learner. We have a fast-paced startup environment, the ideal candidate should have the ability to learn fast and solve on the spot problems
