Sales Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a clever, self-motivated, and hungry sales manager that is interested in having a direct role in helping a growing start-up, grow faster. As the InLoop Sales Manager, you will be in charge of managing a 5-7 sales reps, recruiting and training junior sales reps, build and maintain the many dimensions of the sales process and work closely with the marketing and R&D director

  1. Managing the sales team (5-7 reps)
  2. Managing and developing a sales territory and owning all phases of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
  3. Manage day to day performance of sales team members and deliver reviews
  4. Track the sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis, Run reports and identify areas in need to special attention
  5. Work with Marketing to ensure consistent lead generation
  6. Sell our full line of advertising and content product to help clients generate leads, marketing their products and services and build world class brands.
  7. Collaborate with R&D on sales technology initiatives
  8. Contribute to both short and long term sales strategy
  9. Recruiting and training new and un-experienced sales reps


  1. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  2. Strong Interpersonal Skills
  3. Hardworking, Persistent and Dependable
  4. 2+ years of prior management experience or demonstrated willingness and ability to learn management basics
  5. Direct sales experience, preferably in digital media
  6. Bachelor’s degree; business and marketing majors most preferred
  7. Demonstrates ability to meet monthly, quarterly and annual financial goals
  8. Effective time management skills
  9. Organized
  10. Proficient in using Microsoft Office


2-3 years as a sales manager or 5-6 years as a sales rep


BA in related field
